Ported by me, also i updated the gapps package (latest PA Gapps by TKruzze)
boot.img, camera and proximity sensor libs from latest vm4.5 by vredniiy
Fully working ROM with theme engine, and lots of customizations
Some themes here (LINK), Theme store in the ROM will be available soon
And remember, you need a new partition table for KitKat ROMs (can be done by flashing vredniiy mod 4.0.3 via Flash Tool), otherwise this ROM might not boot
